hi, im trying to do a datapack of spellbooks, but it doesnt work

I have 0 idea of what im doing, im just following the steps of an AI that tell me what to do when i need something, first of all i wanted to add the book itself, but once i was done and ready to try it, it didnt load for some reason, so im asking here for help
