Gold ore loot pool not working

Im trying to make it so that  when gold ore is mined with a golden pickaxe, it drops itself as if mined with silk touch essentially. Currently, every other pickaxes drops raw gold but its dropping nothing when mined by a gold pickaxe. https://pastebin.com/dw8y53JC
