Looking for ideas to make ice melt into air instead of water when broken
I can already think of a few ways, like making the dimension "ultrawarm" so all water evaporates, or perhaps raycasting when a player breaks ice to find the water. I'm mainly asking because I wasn't able to find solutions online and thought you guys might have better ideas. I'd like to avoid making a new dimension for this only purpose, although that might be the most optimized solution, and the raycast is expensive, but is dimension independent. I'm not sure how expensive is a fill replace water with air command. I'd like to hear your expertise.
