Make arrow fly towards pig

how could I make an arrow fly towards the nearest pig?
I've tried making it look towards the nearest pig, but It doesn't do nothing, so I did some research and found out the arrow is actually controlled by motion. How could I make an arrow have a certain motion to face at a pig?
