making ticks to seconds in a display

i wnated it to make it when i press one of the buttons it will change the display by adding or removing 5 seconds and also changing a fake players score by 100 points no i am running into a problem: 5 Seconds is 100 ticks so how would i make the display say 5 seconds instead of 100 seconds and also grab a players score value and put that in a json text
