Probs Being Dumb Lmaooo

Trying to execute a function from a function the function i'm trying to execute works and so does the rest of the function set to execute it but for some reason it isn't being executed. There is no reason this doesn't work and i'm not sure why it's doing it also the music isn't looping like it should either...
