I can make my datapack work for 1.18+

So for a whole year I've been trying to make this work, but I just simply cannot, the datapack is a Ben 10 based dp that uses "slowraycast" thing, idk what that is lol, I'm not a good coder but yeah, so when I've tried to switch the version to 1.18.1 for my series, the abilities didn't even work lol so, I really need help with this I don't want to get stuck on 1.17.1 😭 .
