Where can you start?

i have no knowledge of coding but i would like to create a quite heavy datapack to play through minecraft with custom items do i have to code everything myself or does it have a helpful platform for it? because mccreator doesn't work because you can't code so well there do you know a better website to make datapacks without too heavy codes?
