Bossbar timer

Hi, I'm trying to get a bossbar that shows how much time is left of the current round. I'm sure it has something to do with a scoreboard counting down the seconds but as for getting it to interact with the bossbar is where i'm struggling. I'm not 100% sure on how the bossbar actually works.
