Datapack that makes foxes as tamable as wolves? 1.20.2

Hi, so I was wondering if anyone knew of or knew how to go about making a datapack that would make foxes just as tamable as wolves. I'm completely new to the idea of making one and haven't been able to find one for the version I need (1.20.2) no matter how hard I look. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
