complicated help with physics

I want to make a body of nodes connected by springs, for example a pyramid of 5 nodes. I already have a vector of movement, a gravitational force so that the nodes can fall. My problem is that the elastic force of the springs distorts the system in such a way that the nodes begin to sway more and more violently. also, my pyramid should weigh 100 kg (each node is 20 kg) and the springs should keep the shape of the pyramid, that is, have a certain rigidity.
