Is there a way to retrieve all enchantments in the game?

Hi, i am very new and have only made simple datapacks like changing recipes, changing block tags, no gravity arrow, etc. Is there a way to get all enchantments and their incompatibilities that are in the game (vanilla and modded) and put them in a text list? I am planning to make a datapack where you can edit all the mutually exclusive enchantments. Is this doable with datapack or do i have to get into fabric/forge modding?
