create ravager roar like effect

Trying to make it so a player can do the ravager "roar", either by summoning a ravager invis noai that can immediately do the roar, or by some other method. It doesnt have to be exactly like the roar, but its a good example of what I am going for (kb explosion-ish with no block damage, mobgriefing must be able to be on)
