Structure

Hello!
Recently I encountered a problem that my structure is spawning right in the water, but it's supposed to be spawning on plains. (Sometimes the structure spawns partly in the water, and partly on the surface.)
I still don't know how do I troubleshoot it, I even tried to put "beard" in the code, but it still doesn't work.
Maybe I had to make completely different code, or just to change something in there?
