Premise:
I have what I need to introduce a new recipe to data pack but said new recipes are not catergorised correctly. I am not sure whether it is a staging issue or if I am missing something as it works fine in replacing all my things or if I have made a huge blunder.
Example:

Made a recipe for Arrows


It allows you to use "tag": "minecraft:tip" to make arrows
"tag": "minecraft:tip" contains both flint and iron_nugget as valid arrowheads
New recipe appears in "Misc" rather than "Combat" tab in the recipe book
