Fixed Time

What value for fixed time will keep the moon/sun on equal spots horizontally? (in dimension type file) As in look east, see sun , look west, see moon (or vice versa). Probably anyone answering doesn't know off the top of their head, so how would I figure out that number? Is it something like I need to find how many seconds into the day (or similar) the effect I want occurs?
