Rain Color

Is it possible to affect color of the rain, similar to how you can affect water color/grass color/sky color etc. in a biome? I'm making custom planets for ad astra, and the planet I'm making rn is a fleshy/living planet theme. I want to make it rain, but color the rain red like blood (but only on that planet, so I can't just change the png)
