Making players sprint while crouching

Java 1.20.1
I want to make it so that my players would still be able to sprint (run+jump) while being in a crouching state in a 1x1x1 tunnel, and I was wondering if this is even possible.
PS, I’m a complete noob who’s never touched data packs, so feel free to talk to me as though I’m a caveman. lol
