Hey I really need help with a Minecraft datapack

hey! so I have a minecraft realm that is going up for Thousands of people so I really need help. Basically its going to be similar to world of warcraft. And theres a bunch of things that need to be coded in such as a RNG, Party system, a Quest System, How to make custom boss attacks, and more! Please dm me for more details.
