Is there a predicate that allows restricting x and z coordinates?

Hi,

I'm wondering if it's possible to make a predicate that uses x and z coordinates to determine what loot table should be used, or what feature should be placed. I'm trying to make "tiers" of end cities, where the loot is better beyond a certain distance from 0 0, and likewise for some overworld structures too.
