Remove enchantment from table

I'm trying to make a datapack that removes a specific item from loot tables (done) and a specific enchantment from rolling in the enchantment table. I cannot find a resource showing the path to edit the enchantment table rolls. 
Sorry if the tag is incorrect. I am not sure if this counts as a recipe or a loot table :)
