Command blocks to Datapack

Hi , I recently made a "datapack" and did it just on command blocks but now I realized I dont know how to convert them into a datapack , tried something , didnt work deleted , I stumbled upon an interesting program that shouldv'e converted commands to datapack but it didnt work but it did output some useful things . Anybody willing to help me ?
