Setting Pos data of a villager from its Brain.memories."minecraft:job_site".value.pos

I tried setting a villagers Pos from its job site to "teleport" the villager there, this is somehow just for testing, so the main problem here is:
I want to teleport (something) to a villagers job_site coordinate, but whenever i do that the (something) gets teleported to 0 0 0 instead of the coordinate(-17, -12, 14)
