Adding a worldgen folder and a custom biome

whenever i add either of those to my datapack and try to load a world with it, it says datapack validation failed, i cant tell if its because my biome is not made well or if i didnt change the right stuff to load the biome in my custom dimension
this datapack is for a mod called ad astra
