Add one to current crop age.

I'm trying to use an execute command to add 1 to the age of a crop that the player is standing on. I technically have have commands that work but it's just checking each age and manually updating it one higher. I've attached the file. I feel like this is something really simple that I'm just misunderstanding so if someone knows how that would be great.
