can't figure out how to upgrade datapack :/

been working on a nostalgia fueled datapack and trying to get something like SMH Betagen to actually function on modern versions of the game such as 1.19.4, I have failed at basically every attempt to do so. With the reddit blackout currently in full swing, yall are my only hope. 🙏
