Jigsaw is not generating anything

So I have those orange forms, in there should be rooms generated by those jigsaw blocks, but my problem first is, that the orange forms don't get placed. Ive got a jigsaw in the left corner to make the orange form be connected, that are the settings (pic). The pool of the orange form looks like that (pic, Note: it continues like that just that the numbers are diffrent). And the Jigsaw to generate these has the settings (pic). where is the mistake?
