How can I get default like ocean generation in a 1.16.5 datapack?

I wanted to try to reference 1.16.5 for my datapack, but I realized that 1.16.5 doesn't show you the exact settings Vanilla uses. I am trying to make a datapack for a modpack and I want ocean generation to be good.
