Small idea of collecting XP

Hey, I have a very small data pack idea. Namely, that you can use empty glass bottles in a dropper to pick up Xp orbs that are lying directly in front of the dropper. Otherwise a hopper with glas bottle could work too.
I haven't found a pack online yet that does this, only ones that add extra blocks that suck up the player's xp. And I'm too bad at commands to write this myself.
