Item repairs at anvil recipes

I'm trying to create recipes for item repairing at anvil (e.g. Iron Sword (damaged) + Iron Ingot = Iron Sword (repaired). How should I syntax it? I know how to do crafting, smelting, smoking, blasting even campfire cooking recipes etc, but not for anvil. Is there "minecraft:anvil" type recipe?
Bonus question: Can I influence EXP cost at anvil in said recipes?
