How to give unique tags?

Basically i made a portal system and it uses the tag portal on a armor stand, but if anyone else used their own portals they will end up connecting to mine and thats a huge issue, how can i give the armor stand a unique tag to allow everyone to have different portals? And i need to make that tag the same inside the datapack since it has a condition that only checks for armor stands with this tag
