Random Block Problem

So, basically I have a bunch of predicates set up. And what I am trying to do, is storing the outcome of that predicate in a scoreboard. And if the scoreboard already has the outcome of one of the predicates being true. Then every block gets skipped. But right now, I only get stone. pls he
